Michael Sweet (Stryper) announces solo album and book

As if 2013 wasn’t good enough for Stryper, vocalist Michael Sweet has confirmed he will be releasing a solo album, I’m Not Your Suicide, and book, “Honestly,” in mid-May of 2014.

Stryper had a wonderful 2013, releasing No More Hell to Pay to critical success and landing on a number of year-end Best Of lists. I just can’t believe Sweet found enough time to do all this in one year.
