It’s not so much metal, but Daniel Ellsworth and the Great Lakes have put together some solid indie rock work. Here’s their single, “Sun Goes Out,” a pick-me-up of fuzzy guitars, catchy synth, high-pitched singing, great pop songwriting and fun.
It’s the band’s first single from their second album, Kid Tiger.
