It’s no secret Thrice has been up to something in the last few months. They took to Facebook today to announce what we’ve been hoping for: a new album. The untitled album is set for a 2016 release and is the band’s first since their hiatus in 2012.

Since 2011’s Major/Minor, Thrice brothers Eddie and Riley Breckenridge have taken on a few different projects that deserve your attention. Eddie formed a baseball-themed grindcore band call Puig Destroyer and Riley briefly performed with Angels & Airwaves. Both are set to perform on the new Thrice album.
