In order to fulfill part of the Life Prizes mission of inspiring the next generation of pro-life leaders, it is crucial that we let pro-life young people know about Life Prizes! To do this, we thought that a Facebook Fan Page was the best place to start!
This fall, I would really appreciate it you would promote the Life Prizes Facebook Fan Page to your Facebook and Twitter Friends/Followers. Doing so is simple! Just add a link to the Life Prizes Facebook page (www.facebook.com/lifeprizes) to your website, social network status updates, or emails. Or send a message to your Facebook Friends and Twitter Followers asking them to “Like” the Facebook Page; I have included a sample message you can use below.
Please let me know if you have any questions. OK, thanks 😀

Dear Friends,
I would like to take a few moments today to introduce to you, Life Prizes, a national program which honors 6 pro-life heroes and organizations every other year with awards totaling $600,000. The purpose of Life Prizes is two-fold: to recognize those on the front lines of the greatest human rights battle of our day, and to encourage and inspire the next generation to accomplish great things for the cause of Life.
Life Prizes is the gold standard in the pro-life movement. And while there is no reward for our work like that of saving a preborn child, a Life Prize sure helps the pro-life leaders and organizations which win them expand their impact.
Today, will you take a few moments to become a Fan of Life Prizes Facebook Page (www.facebook.com/lifeprizes) and support the work of everyday pro-life heroes? Check out the Life Prizes Fan Page to learn about the 2008 winners and find out when the 2010 winners will be announced. While you are on the Page, please make sure to join our discussion of who you admire in the pro-life movement.www.facebook.com/lifeprizes;
Thank you for everything you do everyday to save lives.
For Life,
