Lancaster five-piece August Burns Red is currently making their way across North America on their 20-Year Anniversary Tour, during which they will play material off all nine of their albums. Today, the band has shared “Reckoning,” another new song from their upcoming record, Death Below.
Lead guitarist JB Brubaker shares more about the new track:
“‘Reckoning’ is an eight-minute journey that concludes our new album, Death Below. It was one of the last songs we wrote for the album and is taken over the top by the haunting guest vocal appearance by our friend Spencer Chamberlain from Underoath.”
He continues: “We don’t typically like to share the album closer before our records come out but we’re just so pumped on this track and had to make an exception this time.”
Death Below arrives March 24 via SharpTone Records and is mow available for pre-order.
It’s also not too late to catch ABR on tour with The Devil Wears Prada and Bleed From Within. All remaining tour dates are below.
