Today, HM Magazine is proud to premiere “Life|Alone,” the latest single from Upon the Water. Today also marks the Temecula, CA quintet’s one-year anniversary as a band. They released their first EP, Rise, earlier in 2014.

I asked the band to introduce themselves to you all, and they readily answered:

We are Upon the Water from Southern California, and our goal is to spread a positive message through a fresh and unique blend of ambient soundscapes, epic breakdowns, soaring melodies and head-bobbing grooves. We want to give listeners an experience they can take with them through all seasons of life.

Look for a full-length in 2015.
