Today, HM is proud to premiere the acoustic video for “Tragedy,” the debut single from alternative rock act Nowhere Left.
“Tragedy” sees the New York quartet pursuing their dreams whilst ruing the critical eye of their peers; Nowhere Left partnered with Zack Keel (Hollow City) to write the new track, a cascading and evocative display of alternative rock: powerful guitars, soaring vocals, and big choruses.
We spoke with vocalist Dom Delfino about the band’s new video:
“Shooting the acoustic video for ‘Tragedy’ was a lot of fun. Our videographer, Christian, found a neat little rooftop with the city skyline behind it so we popped up there for sunrise and just vibed out. It was a really hot day in the middle of the summer but it was a lot of fun. We love acoustic music so it’s definitely possible we will do more acoustic versions of songs in the future.”
