Formed in Hershey, PA, Lives Lost burst onto the scene post-pandemic, with a weighty hybrid of alternative rock and tenacious metalcore. The quartet explore love, loss and the human experience, with social issues and the growing pains of life at the forefront of their introspective lyrical output. Their debut EP, 2023’s A Portrait of Loss conceptualized these themes, taking listeners on a journey through the state of grieving, after the loss of a loved one.
New collection Home is a resonating set of tracks, as Lives Lost hone a pinpoint blend of thunderous instrumentation and compelling storytelling. Crushing percussion and riveting riffs feed a buoyant parlay of heavy and melodic.
