Wow, things have been busy !  New Kissing Cousins ‘Unfortunate End’ will be out on 5/17 as a cd ep / 2 x 7″. You can download a track from it for free here.

Paste Magazine was kind enough to name Seryn as the 7th best song of 2011 so far ! here.  +  Seryn is gearing up for some major touring this year too.
Birds & Batteries finished up a whirlwind of shows and festivals, got picked at as the CMJ ‘spotlight artist’ here, and got some mad shout outs for their Toro Y Moi remix here.
Winter’s Fall finished their south west tour, and returned home to headline The Rumble (super cool free event ) in San Francisco.
THE PRIDS debuted their newest video at My Old Kentucky Blog, but we like the unedited version better : here.

Quite The Undertaking

Frenzied. Chaotic. Punk. The Undertaking!, San Diego's newest wild bunch, is about to release their debut album, and, if their live show is a premonition of any kind, the world will be opening up to one heck of a party with them. Contributing writer Andrew Voigt talks to vocalist Austin Visser about the band's new album, the reality of their music, and how they've been able to embrace their creative freedom.
