Fresh off their latest headlining tour, The Devil Wears Prada has shared the music video for “Broken,” off their upcoming studio album, Color Decay.
Produced by KatDog Studio and directed by Christopher Commons, the video finds the band in its rawest state — layered with instruments and voices — delivering something beautifully simple, poignant, and personal.
They have this to say about the latest track:
“Writing ‘Broken’ started by drawing on a specific memory of a panic attack, but slowly evolved into something more broad. The song aims to capture that feeling of desperately not wanting to talk about your problems, but at the same time, just wanting everyone to already understand.”
Color Decay, TDWP’s eighth studio album, arrives this Friday, September 16 via Solid State Records and is now available for pre-order.
