NEWSBOYS HIT No. 1 ON RADIO WITH “GOD’S NOT DEAD,”
The 60+ City God’s Not Dead Tour Now In Full Swing!
With their latest radio single, “God’s Not Dead (Like A Lion),” Newsboys have taken to the top spot on Billboard‘s CHR charts this week. The hit song, the debut from their latest project God’s Not Dead (Inpop Records), is being heard on hundreds of stations across the country as well as quickly climbing up Billboard‘s AC Indicator, National Audience and AC Monitored radio charts.
The single is at No. 20 on Billboard’s National Christian Audience Chart and has had an astonishing three million impressions in just the first month at radio. “God’s Not Dead (Like A Lion)” is currently in heavy rotation on KLOVE and can also be heard on such stations as Sirius/XM, Family Life Radio Network, WJQK / Grand Rapids, MI; WHPZ / South Bend, IN; WBSN / New Orleans, LA; and KSOS / Las Vegas, NV.
Newsboys’ music videos have been making big waves as well. On the heels of winning mtvU’s contest for “Miracles,” their latest video for “God’s Not Dead (Like A Lion)” is also out now. Following the release of their highly acclaimed rock worship project, the band is currently headlining their biggest tour yet, the “God’s Not Dead Tour.” Running through May 6th, the tour is running in over 60 markets across the U.S. The tour is presented by Compassion International, continuing their partnership with Newsboys to raise awareness for child sponsorships. A special VIP Pre-Show Meet & Greet Experience will be held nightly with a portion of its proceeds going to support Compassion International’s child trafficking initiatives.
