Queens Club premiered their new video for the song Less Talk on Absolute Punk.net (link above). The video displays the band’s body shaking electro infused dance rock and hints at the full-length Young Giant to come later this month. The band has also released a video blog with info about the pre-order for their album through Zambooie.com (link above). When you pre-order the album through Zambooie you will immediately receive access to a streaming player of the full album. The video has shout outs from their recent tour mates Breathe Carolina and Hypercrush.

HM Magazine Turns 35

In 1985, Doug Van Pelt photocopied a letter-sized sheets of paper, bound them together, and handed them out in person on the campus of the University of Texas at Austin. It's all digital now, but, along the way, Van Pelt stirred up quite a few waves, played some seriously heavy music, and made a few friends along the way.
