MYCHILDREN MYBRIDE’s Self-Titled Album Available Today

Awaited new album, MYCHILDREN MYBRIDE, in stores and online now from Solid State Records

On tour now with FOR TODAY, A SKYLIT DRIVE

After months of anticipation and buzz-building, metal powerhouse
MYCHILDREN MYBRIDE are dropping their eponymous third album, available today in Hot Topic, other retailers and online everywhere from Solid State Records.
MYCHILDREN MYBRIDE video greeting from Hot Topic:
The album has been met with fanfare from both MYCHILDREN MYBRIDE’s legion of followers and tastemakers throughout the music world, including magazines like HM, which currently features the band on its cover, and Outburn, which annointed MYCHILDREN MYBRIDE with a perfect 10 out of 10, praising the album as “above all others this year thus far.”

For MYCHILDREN MYBRIDE, the self-titled album represents a new chapter for the band, and stamps the advent of a refined sound the members have been chasing since MCMB‘s inception. “That’s exactly what this album is, a new beginning,” says guitarist Robert Bloomfield. “I really do feel we found our sound. It’s definitely MCMB still, but with this new flare that we’ve all loved and understood but never figured out a way to translate it to our music. I feel like everything we’ve done as a band all comes together in this one record. It’s the best album in our career so far.”

Recorded with esteemed producer Zeuss (HATEBREED, SHADOWS FALL),
MYCHILDREN MYBRIDE finds the band reaching deep mentally and emotionally for what is without a doubt their crowning achievement thus far, a hard-hitting, experimental, cinematic opus that will set a fire in the hearts of old and new fans alike. MYCHILDREN MYBRIDE have boldly redefined themselves for this new chapter of their career, and early praise shows that the approach has paid off.

“The combination of great studio production, palpable energy, highly entertaining writing, relatable lyrics, and an undeniably impressive replay value put this release above all others this year thus far [10/10]” -OUTBURN

“[MYCHILDREN MYBRIDE] has broken loose from its chains… [this album] has no doubt raised their bar at the highest level.” -HM

“A devastating beast that shows the ability to be incredibly hard-hitting and addictive… [MYCHILDREN MYBRIDE] were right for making this their self- titled record considering it shows them at their best yet.” -HAILS & HORNS

“The riffs are more brutal, the choruses are bigger and more epic and the guys sound hungry… [MYCHILDREN MYBRIDE] have definitely raised the bar on this album [4/5]” -BARE BONES MUSIC

My Epic performing their last final show before COVID-19

Between the White Noise

My Epic's last full-length album came out in 2013; despite a number of EPs along the way, the band's dedication to their craft, lyrical approach, and unyielding approach to let the music come naturally has made them critical darlings. Now, they're learning to interact and feed a rabid fanbase in between albums and in a new normal.

On Tigerwine's latest, 'Nothing is for You,' vocalist and lyricist Trobee departs from the band's last effort as a concept record to write about an array subjects. Notably, Trobee tackles his evolution from rigid belief system to an acceptance and understanding of other ideas: "Through touring and becoming close with those very people I was taught to be afraid of, I realized how untrue it all is."
