Tooth & Nail Records and Ivoryline announce the premiere of the music video for “Instincts” now on Facebook.

Fans will have to “Like” Ivoryline on Facebook in order to gain access to the video, which was filmed on location in Galveston, TX at Crystal Beach and downtown Austin by director Van Blumreich.

“In it I play a semi-crazy inventor who is obsessed with birds and flying. For some reason, he thinks that becoming like a bird is the answer to his search for meaning,” says vocalist Jeremy Gray. “Obviously, that’s not the case, and when his dream of flying comes to a tragic end, he barely escapes with his life. His near death experience is enough to jolt him out from his delusion and as the video ends, he knows he has a second chance at a real life.”

The song is off the band’s new album VESSELS which is available in stores and online now and can be downloaded at iTunes and Amazon MP3.

In support of VESSELS, Ivoryline will be heading out on Creation Festival The Tour this October with Thousand Foot Krutch and Disciple! Tickets are available now at the tour website.

In a modern music world of neon and auto-tune, Ivoryline have set themselves apart with a clear vision for themselves, their music and what they represent. VESSELS drives the heart of their pop-rock sound to a more mature and diverse level, taking forward with it the deeper meaning from the band. The album is their sophomore full-length, following 2008’s THERE CAME A LION.

Ivoryline is Jeremy Gray (vocals), Dusty Kittle (guitar), Robert Woodward (bass) and Wesley Hart (drums).

HM Magazine Turns 35

In 1985, Doug Van Pelt photocopied a letter-sized sheets of paper, bound them together, and handed them out in person on the campus of the University of Texas at Austin. Here: A quick look back at the magazine's 35-year history with Van Pelt and new owner, David Stagg.

Tigerwine 2020

A Disparate Vintage

On Tigerwine's latest, 'Nothing is for You,' vocalist and lyricist Trobee departs from the band's last effort as a concept record to write about an array subjects. Notably, Trobee tackles his evolution from rigid belief system to an acceptance and understanding of other ideas: "Through touring and becoming close with those very people I was taught to be afraid of, I realized how untrue it all is."
