Demons 2021

Demons, the rock project started by longtime Mae guitarist Zach Gehring, is celebrating their first show in more than a year by releasing a new music video for their song “Play Acting Virtue.” The track is featured on the band’s latest full-length release, Privation, and the video features footage of their last show in their hometown of Norfolk, VA.

Gehring has this to say about the video:

“We are playing our first show in over a year this Friday, so we wanted to share this video from the last show we played back in March of 2020 with DOA and Dead Kennedys at the Norva.”

If you’re in the Norfolk area, catch Demons tomorrow, June 18, at the Smartmouth NFK Warehouse.

HM presents an oral history of the beginning of Christian metal music, featuring Guardian, Tourniquet, Holy Soldier, Whitecross, and, of course, Stryper.
