BORDERS & FENCES

ON IMAGEN RECORDS OUT NOW

“They are young men at the start of a promising music career. With strong vocals and harmonies, Namesake is a band that will be heard of for years to come”

– The Examiner.com

Hailing from Atlanta, GA – Namesake is road ready for a trek of April dates with Eve 6 leading them into a May/June tour with Red Jumpsuit Apparatus and Sparks The Rescue in anticipation of the upcoming release of their debut full-length album Borders & Fences on Imagen Records later this summer, produced by James Paul Wisner (Paramore, Underoath, New Found Glory).

It’s not often that a group of still-teenaged gentlemen form a band and all bear their father’s name. But that’s exactly the case with the appropriately titled, Namesake. The band is comprised of vocalist Will Crafton, guitarists Brad Wagner and Troy Harmon, and drummer Kevin Norwest.

The band is creating a buzz with their unique blend of punk power pop, infused with modern rock, weaving in a diverse mix of influences they bring a refreshing sound all their own, the proof can be heard on their debut album, ‘Borders & Fences,’ and such song as “Worlds Away” (the album’s first single), “Saturday,” “A Million Good Reasons,” and the title track – Border & Fences.

Check out the band’s video for the song Worlds Away, recently shot with producer Scott Hansen (A Skylight Drive, Tope, and Vampires Are Everywhere).   See it here:
