Hey, Lord willing I’ll be rocking with Stryper later tonight.<\/p>\n

Well, I won’t be rocking like they will be rocking, but in my seat I’ll be going nuts.<\/p>\n

In celebration of this joyous and metal occasion, I thought I’d share some great shots that Todd Myra, who captured that too awesome shot of one of the guitarists from Austrian Death Machine and that fingers wiggling in response to As I Lay Dying’s guitarists in the latest issue (in the HM Subscription ad), photographed at a recent show in Minnesota.<\/p>\n

…and, remember how I said, “Lord willing…” earlier? Well, ya just never know what the future holds. Turns out tonight there is no Stryper concert. This just in:<\/p>\n

STRYPER has cancelled their concerts scheduled for tonight Friday, November 6 (San Antonio TX \u2013 Scout Bar) and Saturday November 7 (Odessa TX \u2013 Dos Amigos Cantina) due to artist illness.<\/p>\n

STRYPER will however be returning to Texas on December 21 (Houston \u2013 House of Blues) and December 22 (Dallas \u2013 House of Blues). The Houston \/ Dallas shows will include a special Christmas segment and will include the fan favorite \u201cReason for the Season\u201d, never before performed live at a Stryper show.<\/p>\n
