It is a trap that imprisons the person who will not forgive someone else. It&#8217;s not easy. It&#8217;s not a &#8220;lip-service&#8221; thing (though speaking forgiveness can be the action that starts the process). It&#8217;s about letting go. For some reason, our human nature sometimes wants to hold on to hurt, wrongs and bitterness. We should know better, but we are foolish sometimes.<\/p>\n<p>Sometimes it&#8217;s a simple little private thing that goes on in your heart and mind. You just decide to give it to God and forgive that person.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Today&#8217;s Love Dare<\/strong>:<br \/>\nWhatever you haven&#8217;t forgiven in your mate, forgive it today. Let it go. Just as we ask Jesus to &#8220;forgive us our debts&#8221; each day, we must ask Him to help us &#8220;forgive our debtors&#8221; each day as well. Unforgiveness has been keeping you and your spouse in prison too long.
