The Huntingtons had some great songs.<\/p>\n

So, I’m working late on deadline tonight. I’ve finally decided, ‘That’s it. I’m probably not going to sell any more ads,’ and I’ve turned my focus back on to the editorial content. I’ve got SO many articles to write. My goal today is to lay out everything that’s been turned in by other writers. It’ll allow me to backup only the layouts I need on my notebook, so I can work at home, and will let me shift gears to writing, writing, writing.<\/p>\n

My printer sales rep got me this wonderful get well gift last week. She heard about my separated AC joint and wanted to cheer me up. It worked! My wife took a photo with her phone and emailed it to me. “Did you see your email yet?” she asked me while talking to her. As I need to do sometimes, I ignore my inbox when I need to be doing something else. I hadn’t seen it. And when I got home, my kids were excited about being able to sample the delicious cookies. Normally I’m not into sugar cookies, but these were the bomb! My girls had to look at them all day long and wait and wait until I got home and gave them the all clear to grab one.<\/p>\n

My inbox can become a terrifying ogre if I let it. Somedays it seems I do nothing else but read, reply and answer more emails as they come in. I hate those days. I don’t want to repeat them again. If I ever get to the point where I can’t empty my inbox each day, though, I’m not sure how I’ll manage that.<\/p>\n
