John Franck, Razor & Tie Senior Vice President of Marketing comments, “This is an exciting sales debut for Razor & Tie. For Today is a band that our entire label feels deeply passionate about. They embody all the things we look for in a young, developing rock act—great songs, a tireless work ethic, and a deep, meaningful connection to their fan base which is very very real. This band is an important cornerstone in our continuing mission to build out our Rock presence. We congratulate them on their impressive sales week and look forward to working together in the months ahead.”

Immortal, produced by Will Putney (Lamb Of God, Suicide Silence) features 11 new tracks and includes special guest appearances from Sonny Sandoval of P.O.D., Jake Luhrs of August Burns Red and Tommy Green of Sleeping Giant. The album was released to major critical acclaim with Outburn Magazine calling it “A formidable return” and Revolver Magazine declaring it to be “Rife with crafty guitar hooks and scream-along choruses.” Alternative Press also commented, “For Today have dialed back the bombast just enough to make their pounding combination of furious punk and vicious metal sound more immediate and live sounding.”
